We’re hiring for our partner, a well-established manufacturing company serving industrial clients across Eastern Canada.
We’re looking for a Client Representative to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio across the South Shore of Montreal and the Maritime provinces. This is a 100% field-based role suited for someone who is relationship-driven, structured, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular on-site visits across the South Shore and Maritimes
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
- Support clients with order follow-ups, technical needs, or delivery coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics)
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Keep the CRM updated with visit reports, insights, and follow-up actions
- Provide regular activity reports to management
